Beth began working for Philip Morris directly after graduating from The University
of Texas at Arlington, and she was the first at the university to team up with PMUSA
in order to receive donations to the school. Her next move was working for Tommy
Hilfiger covering the state of Texas for the footwear division.
She then was introduced to Laurie Weitz, and Laurie initiated the relationship with
Beth’s next move to The Pepsi Bottling group. Soon thereafter Beth was promoted
to Key Account Manager, and won KAM of the year. After years of continual mentoring
by Laurie Weitz, Beth pursued Laurie to make the switch to the recruiting industry.
Beth has been with Weitz & Associates for a year and has cultivated strong networking
relationships with candidates from the Fortune companies she has partnered with.
Having experienced the recruiting process with Weitz & Associates, she brings added
value and insight to the candidates recruitment experience.
Nancy has been working with Weitz and Associates as an executive recruiter for 8
years. Prior to her current position, Nancy worked as a sales person at AT&T for
13 years. Her drive to help others achieve their career goals has proved to be an
amazingly rewarding experience for her.
During Nancy’s 8 years with Weitz & Associates, she has built an extensive network
of contacts at all levels of talent in the sales and marketing disciplines within
the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Nancy brings a great deal of experience and commitment to her work. She is a valued
